Refund Policy

A failed render never costs you a credit, and unused credits are refundable. Paid bundles are not live yet; this policy describes the terms that will apply once checkout opens. The details are below.

Failed renders

If a render fails our quality gate (choppy, frozen, or black output), it is never delivered to you. We are alerted automatically and restore your weekly render allowance so you can try again at no cost, by hand, with no ticket or request needed. Once paid bundles are on sale, a failed render will not spend a paid credit either.

Unused credits

Unused render credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.
