A failed render never costs you a credit, and unused credits are refundable. Paid bundles are not live yet; this policy describes the terms that will apply once checkout opens. The details are below.

Failed renders

If a render fails our quality gate — choppy, frozen, or black output — it is never delivered to you, and the credit is returned to your credit balance automatically. No ticket or request is needed.

Unused credits

Unused render credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.
