Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of WoT Replay 4K. Please read them before submitting a replay or buying render credits.

What the service does

WoT Replay 4K renders a replay file you submit (a .wotreplay file from World of Tanks) into a 4K60 MP4 video. The finished video is delivered to you either as an unlisted YouTube link or as a direct download, depending on the option you choose at submission.

The QA guarantee

Every render is checked against an automated quality gate before delivery. If the output is choppy, freezes, drops to a black screen, or otherwise fails that gate, it is never delivered to you. Instead, the render attempt is credited back to your credit balance so you can try again at no additional cost.

Acceptable use

• Submit only replay files of battles you personally played.
• The free tier supports a growing archive of game versions; a replay from a version we do not yet support may not be renderable.
• Most game modes are supported; a mode we do not yet support may not be renderable, and very long modes may be out of scope on the free tier. We are working toward supporting all modes.
• Do not submit replays that infringe on another player's rights or that were obtained without authorization.

EU and UK digital-content withdrawal consent

Render credits are digital content. Under EU and UK consumer law you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Paid bundles are not on sale yet; when checkout opens, you will be asked to (a) expressly consent that we begin providing the digital content immediately, and (b) acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost for any render we have already begun. That consent will be presented and recorded at checkout, and will be confirmed in your receipt email as a durable record. It applies only to credits already spent on a render — unused credits stay refundable under our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including the statutory rights EU, UK, and California consumers have regardless of these terms — and where local law does not permit these limits, they apply to the fullest extent that law permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country or state of residence.

This service is operated by Autter LLC, a California limited liability company.
